What´s a refurbished products?

A refurbished product is one which has been returned to the producer suspected faulty or incomplete within 7 days of purchase. These products are then checked and retested by the producer with any faulty or missing parts replaced before being shipped to AstuRecycling.

We are a flexible and dynamic computer company with a agile infrastructure compatible with the needs and demands of each customer. For as each client is unique and we do all the possible to satisfy his needs. Is necessary to have a solid experience and knowledge to may obtain optimal results.

Conditions.

1. Payment: wire transfer in advance, or Western Union money transfer. Prices are always in Euro.

2. Warranty: in case of tested goods, we give one month DOA from the moment of receipt of goods. Just report problems, we will correct it.

3. Shipping: We can ship worldwide, please ask a quotation. For East European customers it is always much cheaper to arrange a local haulage company.

4.Digital pictures: We have digital pictures of all products, we are more than happy to show what we have. Just ask for it.

5. Languages: We speack English, Spanish, Italian and Portugues

Reservation: Goods are reserved for you when you receive our Proforma invoice. We reserve the goods for a period of 3 days after reception of the Proforma invoice. After that your reservation will be void.

6. VAT : No payment of VAT is needed for export customers.

7. Delivery : We make the delivery after the payment. Delivery times quoted and/or agreed upon shall never be (considered) deadlines, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Conditions of products.

Our products are used, tested, have no damages or missing parts. All working displays have a 30- day warranty. All displays include a power cable.

Printers are used, tested, untested or defective. The status is properly showed in our stock list and all our offers. Tested printers have a 15 day replacement or credit note warranty. Untested and defective printers will be sold ?AS-IS? and will have no replacement or credit note warranty.

We defied our defective monitors into two categories:

1. Monitors which do not work, without major cosmetic damage. You will know the quantity of monitors which do not have their stand

2. Monitors which are untested, but have major cosmetic damage like broken cases or missing parts.

System computers are tested, cleaned, no missing parts, with cables.

Notebooks with original processor, memory, hard disk, battery, display, AC adapter 220 Volts (if applicable), internal diskette drive, UK, US or Es keyboard and if applicable CD-rom drive or DVD drive. Are tested, cleaned, no missing parts.

How de we work?

2. You will get an e-mail back ( in minim 10 minutes) with the general pricelist and some additional info. We will automatically add your mail address to our advanced broadcasting system. This means that you will get special offers by e-mail.

3. When you see an offer that is right for you, just let us know. When we agree on a deal, you will get a purchase confirmation and our bank details.

4. With these two documents, you go to your local bank and transfer the money. Ask your bank to send a confirmation to us by fax (+34 911412993).

5. When we have the payment in (that is normally after 3-4 days), you will send you an e-mail, that the goods are ready for loading.

6. You can send the truck (if you want to organize the transport), we will load the truck. We will do all the paperwork and make sure the driver gets the right documents.

7. Receive the goods after a few days.

Transport and Delivery

All AstuRecycling customers normally arrange the transportation of the products themselves. We of course can offer or advise you a wide variety of transport. Clients are responsible for all transport and insurance costs. All our products are properly packed and ready for every kind of transport. Because of our experience we are able to make all the export documents needed. We always load every pallet in a very cautious way inside the truck or a container. We can load a 20 ft container with approximately 285 pieces of systems, 285 pieces of 14" / 15" monitors and keyboards. A 40ft container can be load with double this amount. We work with the biggest transport companies from Spain. We can ship worldwide: by ship, by air, by truck.
